Videofiles, Inc.
VideoFiles, Inc. recently asked us to help them modernize their brand image by designing an all new logo. They took a unique approach in that they simply told us to have at it. After probing with some questions in an effort to discover more about their aesthetic, desires and tendencies we put pencil to paper and began sketching. After a while we realized the significant freedom we had in this case was actually causing me to over-think the design. So we took a new approach, lending more to combining their name with imagery that would invoke a sense of approachability and familiarity while offering a clean, sharp design that could be used in all their marketing collateral. The font selected pairs well with the graphic and incorporates two weights for a way to put focus on the two words making their name and defining the nature of their services.
