Moran Industries

Moran Industries is a small laminate company who asked us to design them a new logo that would be modern, but not rigid. They were seeking a small graphic next to their name that could be construed as abstract, but that also meant something to them.  This particular graphic represents the laminate sheets they roll up off the machines.  When visiting their site, we noticed that the inherent colors of the laminate sheet would create a kind of prism-like reflection when looking down the tube.  They liked the idea and the color scheme.  We chose an “off-black to mute the harshness of a solid black, which overpowered the graphic.  Below are their new logo, stationary, business cards and envelopes.
