Ballroom Tap

Ballroom tap, a small start-up dance studio, hired us to design their log recently. They were a small group of friends and dance enthusiasts who had invested their time in money in refurbishing an older loft and turning it into a well-appointed dance studio. They were looking for a design that would capture the spirit of dance in a unique way.  The idea behind this design was to offer a commonly seen tap dancing move in a simplistic, yet evocative way.  By using nothing but oval shapes, the dancer and the particular dance move becomes plainly evident.
